Sustainability Meets the Highest Living Comfort

Three stylish new buildings, a clear architectural language: the AZURÉ Kilchberg new-build project impresses with its modern, understated and elegant architecture directly on Lake Zurich. Set slightly back from Seestrasse, the three flat-roofed buildings blend harmoniously into the natural hillside location – urban, quiet and with an incomparable view of the lake.

The buildings meet the Minergie-P standard and feature green flat roofs as well as a photovoltaic system. A modern heat pump with free-cooling function ensures a pleasant living climate, while controlled apartment ventilation maximizes comfort.

Living with a view

All apartments face the lake and offer light-flooded rooms with floor-to-ceiling window fronts. Two 2.5-room apartments with spacious garden terraces are located on the garden level. The upper floors house 3.5- to 4.5-room apartments with open-plan layouts that guarantee maximum living comfort.

The penthouse apartments with direct elevator access are an architectural highlight. Four terraces in all directions open up a panorama from the city of Zurich across the lake to the Alps – a living experience like being on the main deck of a ship.

Whether spacious terraces, elegant loggias with glass railings or quiet balconies with evening sun – the outdoor spaces extend the living experience to the outside. Designer kitchens with direct access to the terraces and cleverly designed floor plans ensure a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor areas. Aubergine-colored fabric awnings add stylish color accents and provide pleasant shade.

Harmonious and stylish

The outdoor spaces of AZURÉ Kilchberg combine clear architecture with harmoniously embedded planting.
High-quality small trees, elegant perennials and structuring exposed concrete walls create an atmosphere close to nature – a well thought-out landscape architecture concept that stylishly complements the calm elegance of the new building project.
